Playground Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Tiffany Cunningham, OTR/L is the owner of Playground Pediatric Occupational Therapy. She has been a pediatric occupational therapist for over a decade in a variety of settings, including early intervention, medically based outpatient, and private practice. She also works as a clinical instructor in the occupational therapy department at the University of Puget Sound in both the community behavioral health and pediatric on-site clinic. Tiffany understands that all children and families require different supports and therapeutic approaches. A core tenant of her practice is to hold the relationship between caregiver and child as the foundation for development. She holds a level 1 DIR-FCD certification through Profectum Academy and has over 10 years of practice and mentorship using the DIR®/Floortime approach. Tiffany grew up in West Seattle and earned her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Puget Sound in 2013. Tiffany and her husband lived in Washington, DC for five years before moving back to Tacoma to be closer to family. When Tiffany is not treating, she is spending time with her husband and two daughters, exploring local parks, and learning to play tennis. --- Fees: For most therapy services, the fee is $150. We do not accept insurance at this time. A superbill will be provided for all services upon request.
